Accounts and orders

We use your email address to sign you in and associate your purchases with your account. If you choose Google sign-in, Google provides your name, email address and profile picture. Customer accounts can access only their own orders. We store the ordered products, amounts, payment status and delivery details needed to process and support an order.

Service providers

Cloudflare hosts and protects the website. Supabase provides account authentication and order storage. Stripe processes checkout and payment information; card details are entered in Stripe's checkout and are not stored in our order database. Resend delivers sign-in codes and order emails. These services process information necessary to provide their respective functions.

Cookies and local storage

Essential storage maintains your cart, login, invitation access and preferences. These functions do not require optional analytics. Your analytics choice is saved for up to 180 days. You can change it at any time using the button below.

Optional Google Analytics

With your permission, Google Analytics measures visits, product interactions and checkout events. The Google tag is not loaded before you allow analytics. We do not intentionally send names, email addresses, postal addresses, sign-in codes, payment details or checkout-session tokens to Analytics. Account pages and the owner workspace are excluded. Advertising storage, advertising personalisation and Google signals are disabled.

Change cookie preferences

Location and language

The hosting service can provide an approximate country from the connection, and the browser provides preferred languages. These may be used to suggest a storefront language or currency. We do not request precise GPS location.

Optional delivery map

The delivery map is loaded only when you select Show delivery map. We send the street, postcode, city and country to Photon (operated by komoot) to find an approximate map location. We do not send your name, email, apartment details or order number. Coordinates are cached for up to seven days to reduce repeat lookups. OpenStreetMap then provides the map and receives your IP address and the map location. The map is optional and is not live parcel tracking. Your saved delivery address remains authoritative.

Email preferences

Sign-in and order emails support the service you request. Marketing emails are separate and require an opt-in. If you opt in during checkout, we may send a welcome email and one reminder after an unfinished checkout. The reminder can include a single-use 10% code. We stop queued reminders after a completed purchase and limit reminders to one per 30 days. Each promotional email includes an unsubscribe link; unsubscribing does not stop essential order updates.

Access and privacy requests

You can view orders by signing in with the email used at checkout. To request access, correction or deletion of account information, contact Darbaz AS at darbaz996@gmail.com. Information required for transactions, accounting or dispute handling may need to be retained separately.
